Yaroslav Mar signed Decree On Recognizing the Grand Principality of Pavlov
The Decree reads, in part:
“Given the Declaration of Independence of the Antarctic Territories of the Former Grand Principality of Snezhanopol signed on September 14, 2014, the Federal Republic of Lostisland is to recognize the Grand Principality of Pavlov as an independent and sovereign micronation.”
The Decree comes into force on the day of its signing.
