The issuance of identity cards has been resumed. However, due to logistical difficulties, shipping may take longer than usual.

In addition to the Citizenship Certificate, it is now possible to order your Lostislandic Identity Card! The card is made of plastic in full accordance with the ICAO standards and features citizen’s personal information, photo, a scan of signature and a machine-readable line.

Nota Bene: the Identity Cards are issued only to Lostislandic citizens. The form below is an application for obtaining the card and not an application for citizenship, please do not order a card if you’re not a Lostislandic citizen. In order to apply for citizenship, submit the Citizenship Application Form. Once your application is confirmed, you’ll be ready to purchase the Identity Card.
